What Is It?

Call Forwarding allows you to forward your incoming phone calls to any number you choose. There are three types of Call Forwarding: Call Forwarding (ALL), Call Forwarding (Busy only) and Call Forwarding (No Answer only)

How Do I Use It?

Follow these steps:

Call Forwarding (ALL)

  1. Press *72 on your touch tone phone and listen for a dial tone.

  2. Enter the number to which calls should be forwarded to.

  3. Your Call Forwarding is activated when the call is answered. (Please repeat the steps if the call does not connect properly.)

To cancel Call Forwarding press *73 on your touch tone phone.

Call Forwarding (Busy)

  1. Press *92 on your touch tone phone and listen for a dial tone.

  2. Enter the number to which calls should be forwarded to.

  3. Your Call Forwarding (Busy) is activated when the call is answered. (Please repeat the steps if the call does not connect properly.)

To cancel Call Forwarding (Busy) press *93 on your touch tone phone and listen for a dial tone.

Call Forwarding (No Answer)

  1. Press *94 on your touch tone phone and listen for a dial tone.

  2. Enter the number to which calls should be forwarded to.

  3. Your Call Forwarding (No Answer) is activated when the call is answered. (Please repeat the steps if the call does not connect properly.)

To cancel Call Forwarding (No Answer) press *95 on your touch tone phone and listen for a dial tone.
