What Is It?

Call Waiting will alert you that a call is incoming if you are already on the telephone line. You can place the current call on hold and answer the incoming call.

How Do I Use It?

Follow these steps:

  1. If you are on the phone, a quite "beep" will let you know that another caller is trying to reach you.

  2. You can take the new call by pressing the LINK, RECEIVER, FLASH OR HOLD button to put the first call on hold.

  3. Press the LINK, RECEIVER, FLASH OR HOLD button again to transfer back and forth between calls.

  4. If you choose not to answer the new call, that call will follow your assigned "call forwarding" treatment.

You can suspend the Call Waiting feature by pressing #70 before placing a call. Call waiting will be restored once you have completed you call.
