Call Forwarding Feature

What Is It?

Call Forwarding allows you to forward your phone calls to any number of your choosing should you fail to pickup or receive a phone call to your Digital Home Phone account.

How Do I Use It?

Follow these steps:

  1. Press *72 and wait for the dial tone (bee bee doo----- beep beep doo ---).

  2. Key in the number to which calls should be forwarded.
*Remember to key in the prefix 1+ or 011+ for long distance telephone numbers.

  3. Call Forward All Calls is activated after you hear an acknowledgement tone. (bee bee doo doo ----)

To deactivate Call Forwarding press *73 on your touch tone phone.

Note: The AIC Home Telephone adapter must remain attached to your internet service in order for the call forwarding function to work. If you remove the AIC Home Telephone adapter from your internet service your calls will not be forwarded to your selected destination. Once Call Forwarding is deactivated, all unanswered calls will be diverted to your personal Voice Mail Box by default.
