What Is It?

Your voice mail acts as an automated call answering service. It will offer the caller the option of leaving a message whenever you are unavailable or unwilling to answer a call. Your voice mailbox will store up to 5 voice mail messages. Options are available to increase the size of your voice mail storage.

How Do I Use It?

The first time you access your mailbox:

1. Press 9#, during the greeting press * followed by your temporary password. Your temporary password will be: 9988.

2. Follow the system prompts to change your password.

Access voicemail box from your Linksys Phone Adapter:

1. Press 9#, during the greeting press *.

2. Enter a 4-digit security code to access your voicemail.

3. Follow the prompts to listen / manage your messages.

Access your voicemail box from another phone:

1. Dial your AIC Home Telephone Number, during the greeting press *.

2. Enter a 4-digit security code to access your voicemail.

3. Follow the prompts to listen / manage your messages.
